- Working groups with responsibles of the project/event and with its

- Based on the EFQM, quantitive analysis of the following fields in a
project/event: leadership, display of objectives and communication,
people´s management, resources and alliances management, activities of the
project and/or event, managerial satisfaction, management of
beneficiaries, impact and key results.
